April 26, 2010 -- The CD is getting there. Recording is done. Mastering is done. We are putting final touches on the artwork. I am hoping it will be out in the next month. WOO HOO!! Just in time for summer vacation. Stay tuned.

October 10, 2009 -- The CD is soooooo close to being done and it sounds great. I am fortunate enough to have some really talented folks playing on it. Philip Steveson at Scary Clown Studios is fantastic to work with. He has offered so many suggestions and so much support that I feel incredibly lucky to be realizing this dream with his help and guidance.

I got another thang going on...We call ourselves The Tennessee Quartet. We have played a couple of Johnny Cash Tribute shows at JV's Restaurant in Falls Church, VA, and are scheduled for more. It's a blast. Jed Duvall is the Man in Black, Geoff Burrell on drums, Rob Kilgore on Guitar and Vocals, Geff King on Bass and Vocals, and me, kod, on Guitar and Vocals. We do other favorites from Carl Perkins, Hank Williams, Kris Kristofferson, and others, and we might even pull out some Bob Dylan. My former bandmates and I, The Hard-Core Troubadours, played a reunion gig at JV's Restaurant in Falls Church, VA, and it was a great time. We played with another of Guitarist Andy Rutherford's bands called The Coolerators. Everyone was groovin' and smiling from ear to ear all evening. I haven't had that much fun playing since I don't know when. Keep checking back - I should have some photos up here on the web site soon, and we are talking about doing it again. You will see and hear about it first here at kevindriscoll.net. Nice plug, ay?

The Forever Valentines is a duo with Patrick Guerin. We do a lot of roots-rockin'-blues-roll but acoustically. We cover other artists such as The Drive By Truckers, Glen Phillips, Nick Lowe, and The Forever Valentines.
