From 1997-2002 a roots rockin’ DC area band called the Hard-Core Troubadours played a variety of roots rock, country swing, surf, cowpunk, Texas blues, alt country, and rockabilly. After reunions in 2006 and 2012, the band reunited to play a friend’s memorial party and realized we missed playing those great songs together. We played a sold-out show with The Shambles at Hank Dietle’s Tavern in Rockville, MD, and continue to play at other great venues.
